Submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate through this Site does not create a contract or obligate HLM Hialeah Masonry to perform any work. Estimates provided in writing following an on-site visit are non-binding proposals unless accepted in a signed written agreement.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
All contracted work is governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement. The terms of that agreement, including payment schedule, scope of work, and warranty, supersede anything on this website.
